Who we are

The legal entity is Yiwu Jialan Package Co., Ltd. Jialan Package is the brand name. We were founded in 2014 and we're based in Yiwu, China. This site is our range for wine shipping boxes. It's organized by bottle count and by corrugated shippers versus rigid retail boxes, so you can find what matches your route to market.

We ship to customers in over 30 countries, mostly Europe and North America. But we don't trade on scale or audits. We trade on doing the boring parts well: board that doesn't soften in humidity, inserts that grip a bottle at four points, creases that don't crack when a foldable box is erected. That's what protects wine in transit.

What we make

Our range splits into two groups. Corrugated wine shippers are for pure transit. They're built around a specific bottle count, from single-bottle mailers to multi-bottle cases. Inserts are velvet trays, EVA foam, blister, or molded pulp. The insert is the safety system. It holds the bottle at four points, with no unsupported neck or shoulder.

Rigid wine boxes serve double duty. They survive transit and then sit on a retail shelf or a gifting table. Structures include lid-and-base, magnetic closure, drawer, foldable, double-door, and boxes with handles. Board is greyboard with a facing paper: specialty, kraft, white card, metallic, flocked, or leather-textured. Greyboard is 1200 g minimum, 1400 g for spirits. Facing paper is 157 g minimum.

How we work with buyers

Every order starts with your specs: box dimensions or a bottle sample, a reference design, quantity, and any special requirements. We do design support, structure development, material selection, printing, and finishing in-house. Then we make two samples. A blank sample shows the structure. A printed sample shows the visual. You approve before we run production.

Our control tolerance is plus or minus 1 mm on inserts and plus or minus 2 mm on the box body. For foldable boxes, creases must not crack, magnet position is plus or minus 1 mm, and corners sit at 90 degrees when erected. Before shipping, we run in-house checks: a 1.2 m six-face drop test with the bottle loaded, stacking under 40 kg or more for 24 hours, and truck and sea vibration simulation with no internal movement. Black, deep blue, and burgundy are the hardest colors to hold, so we do Pantone matching, first-article approval, and mid-run sampling on those. If you need a box that will be dropped, stacked, and vibrated, we can build it. If you need a box that only has to look good on a shelf, that's a different conversation.
