Magnetic Closure 4/6-Bottle Red and Orange Wine Gift Box

Hold four or six bottles in a flip-top rigid gift box with a magnet in the lid and a built-in handle, and it will carry like a small case from the shelf to the customer's door. Red and orange come ready-stock when you need wine shipping boxes fast. A custom order gives you your own logo, size, and finish on a cardstock and specialty paper structure over a rigid base. Choose hot stamping, UV printing, or embossing for the outside. It suits wine shops, event planners, and online sellers who want a gift-ready box that also protects bottles in transit.

  • Magnetic flip-top lid. It stays shut without tape or tabs, it opens cleanly for retail display. And it re-closes for carrying.
  • Four or six bottle layouts. Pick the count that fits your bundle. A mixed case works with six; a smaller gift set with four.
  • Rigid cardstock body. With a stiff board underneath, bottles do not rub against each other. And the facing paper takes print well.
  • Integrated handle. Since the handle is part of the box structure rather than a glued-on strap, moving it from shelf to car to door gets easier.
  • Ready stock or custom. Red and orange stay in stock for quick orders. On custom runs you change the color, size, logo, and finish to your needs.

Customisation

Change the color, size, bottle count, logo placement, and finish to fit your order; hot stamping, UV printing, and embossing are all available, and the insert can adapt to your bottle shape. We first send a blank sample for structural testing; after approval, we produce a printed sample for visual confirmation before mass production. Payment comes by T/T or PayPal, shipping by air, sea, or express.

How the box is built

Being rigid cardstock rather than folding carton, the base has enough stiffness to hold four or six full bottles without bowing despite the weight. In the red or orange specialty paper that wraps the outside, which is where the color sits, customers get a bright, protective surface. The lid is hinged at the back, and it closes onto a magnetic strip at the front with no clasps or ribbon.

If you want decoration, this box supports hot stamping for metallic logos, UV printing for sharp text or patterns, and embossing for a raised feel. The handle is cut into the top panel and reinforced at the edges, so the rigid body keeps it from tearing under normal carrying weight.

Bottle fit and checks

The interior fits standard 750 ml wine bottles, with different dividers for the four-bottle and six-bottle versions so they do not knock against each other, because our insert rule requires the bottle to be held at four points with no unsupported neck or shoulder before any box ships. In our in-house checks, we shake the loaded box for ten seconds, tilt it 45 degrees, and invert it to confirm no movement, slide, or release. If any movement is detected, we adjust the insert, as a gift box that arrives with broken glass is not a gift, nowhere close.

Where it works

This box fits wine shops selling two- or three-bottle gifts, as well as planners who need branded packaging for a wedding or a corporate event, and e-commerce sellers wanting a premium unboxing with no extra wrap. But during a holiday rush, the ready-stock red and orange can save the day on deadlines. For courier and parcel shipping, nest this box inside a corrugated outer carton and the magnetic lid stays secure through normal handling. For long-haul freight stacked five high, a dedicated corrugated shipper is the stronger choice, but this box is built for carrying and gift presentation.

Buyer questions

Can you make this box for larger or odd-shaped bottles?

Yes! The insert adjusts to the bottle dimensions you send, and we verify the bottle sits at four points with no unsupported neck or shoulder so the packaging does its job. Since a blank sample proves useful for testing the fit before any ink hits the sheet, it is made first, then the printed run proceeds once the revised specification is returned.

Is the magnetic closure strong enough for shipping?

For courier and parcel shipping, yes, when the box nests inside a corrugated outer carton, where the magnet really holds the lid shut in normal handling moves. Our in-house checks on this design run a 1.2 m six-face drop test, with bottles loaded up, before it leaves our warehouse.

What is the difference between the ready-stock red and orange boxes?

Ready-stock means those two wall colors already embody the boxes, finished and sitting on our shelves, so they can move quickly toward a shipment date before a long production run could form. Use the same structure and bottle count to get there today. Custom colors or logos require a polished production run with just your own artwork mixed in.
