2-Bottle Wine Glass Set Gift Box with Double Doors

This double-door box holds two wine bottles and two glasses in one rigid package. It's built on 1400g greyboard with a 157g texture paper wrap, so it has real weight in the hand. The double-door opening makes a clean presentation, and the UV coating adds scuff resistance for transit. If you sell wine and glass gift sets, this structure removes the need to pack glasses separately. The orange-and-blue scheme with the galloping horse is one option; you can change colors, logo, and insert layout to match your own brand. It suits premium wine brands and holiday promotions where the unboxing matters almost as much as the bottle.

  • Double-door structure. The two front panels open from the center, giving a wide presentation area without adding height. It's a good fit for retail shelves and gift tables.
  • 1400g greyboard base. We use 1400g greyboard with 157g texture paper. That combination holds its shape through repeated handling and doesn't feel flimsy.
  • UV coating and lamination. The surface gets a UV coat over the print, which protects the graphics from scuffs during packing and shipping.
  • Card slot liner with bottle opener. A universal card slot liner keeps the two bottles and two glasses in fixed positions. It includes a slot for a bottle opener, so the set is complete.
  • Customizable inside and out. Logo printing, colors, sizes, inserts, and packaging style are all open to change. You can match an existing brand or build a new one.

Customisation

You can change the exterior print, colors, and finish. The orange-and-blue horse design is just one option; we'll work from your logo and brand palette. The insert can be re-cut for different bottle and glass sizes, or you can switch to EVA foam or pulp if you prefer. The double-door structure stays, but you can adjust the overall dimensions to fit your set. We also offer gold foil stamping and embossing on the texture paper if you want a more tactile finish.

How the box is built

The base is 1400g greyboard, which is our minimum for wine packaging. We wrap it in 157g texture paper, printed CMYK, then apply UV coating and lamination. The double-door front is cut and creased so the two panels meet cleanly in the middle. The doors are held shut by the structure itself, no magnets needed, but the fold stays crisp because the greyboard is dense enough to resist warping.

Inside, a card slot liner holds the two bottles and two glasses. The liner is die-cut to fit the specific bottle and glass diameters you plan to use. There's also a slot for a bottle opener. The liner sits flush with the box walls, so nothing shifts during transport. We check crease integrity on the doors and corners at 90 degrees when erected.

Bottle fit and our checks

The card slot liner is the working part here. It's cut for two bottles and two glasses, so each item has its own cell. The bottle neck and shoulder are supported by the liner walls, not left hanging. We run four checks on every liner design: shake the loaded box for 10 seconds and listen for movement, tilt it 45 degrees to see if anything slides, invert it to confirm nothing releases, and confirm the bottle is held at four points. Our control tolerance for inserts is plus or minus 1 mm, so the fit stays consistent across a production run. If your bottle shape is unusual, send us a sample and we'll adjust the liner drawing before cutting.

Where it fits

This box is aimed at wine brands selling two-bottle gift sets with glasses. It works for holiday promotions, corporate gifting, and premium retail displays. The double-door opening gives a ceremonial feel, and the included glass cells mean the set arrives complete. It's not the right choice for single-bottle orders or for shipping without an outer carton; the rigid box protects the contents but still needs a corrugated shipper for courier transit. If you're shipping direct to consumers, pair it with a corrugated outer box. For in-store pickup or hand delivery, it can stand alone.

Buyer questions

Can you change the insert to fit different bottle and glass sizes?

Yes. The card slot liner is die-cut to your specific bottle and glass diameters. Send us the dimensions or a sample, and we'll adjust the drawing. Our control tolerance for inserts is plus or minus 1 mm, so the fit stays consistent.

Is this box strong enough for shipping by courier?

The rigid box itself protects the contents from knocks, but we recommend an outer corrugated shipper for courier transit. The double-door structure is not sealed, so an outer carton also keeps the doors closed and the contents clean.

What finishes are available on the exterior?

The standard finish is UV coating over CMYK print on 157g texture paper. You can add lamination for extra scuff resistance, or choose gold foil stamping and embossing for a more tactile, premium look. We'll show you physical samples before mass production.
