Single Bottle Corrugated Wine Shipping Box
One bottle, one corrugated shipper. No foam, no bubble wrap. The honeycomb paper insert holds the glass and takes the hits. You get a box that stores flat and ships cheap, then erects into something strong enough for courier vans and freight depots. Wineries use it for direct orders. Subscription boxes, retail shelves, gift runs too. It's fully custom: size, print, logo, colour. And when it's done, the whole thing goes in the recycling bin. Practical, low-cost, and it actually protects. That's what matters when a bottle has to survive a trip across town or across an ocean.
- Honeycomb cushioning built in. The internal honeycomb holds the bottle away from the box walls. It absorbs impact. You don't need foam or bubble wrap.
- Flat-pack for cheaper freight. Ships as flat sheets, erects at your packing line. Less storage space. Lower cost to get boxes to your door.
- Custom print and size. We build the box to your bottle dimensions. Your logo, text, or full design on the outside. Colour is your call.
- Recyclable corrugated board. All paper, so your customer can toss it in the recycling. Good for brands that talk about eco-friendly packaging.
- Protection without plastic. The honeycomb does the job of foam or bubble wrap, but it's paper. Simplifies your materials and your recycling story.

Customisation
Everything about this box can be customised. We start with your bottle dimensions, then build the corrugated box and honeycomb insert to fit. Printing is full OEM: your logo, brand colours, text, or a full design on the outside. You can choose a different board grade or a custom colour. We'll send a 3D mockup and a physical sample before mass production. Need a different insert or a handle? We can work that in. It's your box, made to your spec.
How It's Built
Corrugated cardboard. Crush resistance for stacking, for rough handling. Inside, a honeycomb paper structure is cut to your bottle's size. Close the box and the honeycomb expands around the bottle. That's the core: no rattle, no knocking against the walls.
It's foldable, so the box ships flat. A stack of flat sheets instead of a pallet of empty boxes. Less volume, less freight cost. At your packing line, the box erects quickly. The honeycomb insert goes in. All paper. Recyclable.
Bottle Fit
The honeycomb insert is made for your bottle's dimensions. Snug, not tight. We check it with three moves: shake the closed box for 10 seconds, no movement. Tilt it 45 degrees, no slide. Invert it, no release. The insert holds the bottle at the base and body, so the neck and shoulder aren't unsupported. Our control tolerance for the insert is plus or minus 1 mm. If it doesn't pass, we adjust the insert. That's how it arrives in one piece.
Where It's Used
Wineries shipping single bottles to customers. Retailers putting a bottle on a shelf. E-commerce sellers sending wine as a gift. Weddings, holidays, corporate gifts where the bottle is the main event. Red wine, champagne, brandy, spirits: the honeycomb doesn't care. Not the right choice if you need a rigid, luxury presentation box or a heavy multi-bottle shipper. For that, look at our rigid wine boxes or multi-bottle shippers. But for one bottle that needs to survive transit without costing a fortune, this does the job.
Buyer questions
Will the honeycomb insert fit my specific bottle shape?
Yes. We make the insert to your bottle's dimensions, not a one-size-fits-all. Send us the bottle dimensions or a sample, and we'll cut the honeycomb so the bottle fits snugly. We check the fit with a shake test, tilt test, and invert test before shipping.
Can I get my logo printed on the box?
Yes, full custom printing is available. You can put your logo, brand name, or a full design on the outside of the corrugated box. We use Pantone colour matching and send a printed sample for approval before mass production.
How does flat-pack shipping save me money?
Flat-pack boxes take up much less space than pre-erected boxes, so you pay less for freight to get the boxes to your warehouse. You also need less storage space. When you're ready to pack, the boxes erect quickly and the honeycomb insert goes in.
