Customisation

You can change the board colour, the facing paper texture, and the print. Logo placement is flexible. The handle colour can match your brand. The lining can be a different material or colour. If your bottle is taller or wider than standard, we adjust the structure. You send dimensions or a bottle sample, plus your artwork. We make a blank sample first, then a printed sample.

How the Box Is Built

The body starts with greyboard, 1200 g minimum, with the facing paper at 157 g minimum. We do not use recycled greyboard or high-moisture paper. The foldable design means the box ships flat and erects at the point of packing. Creases are scored so they do not crack when the box is set up. Corners hold 90 degrees once erected.

The magnetic closure sits within our plus or minus 1 mm position tolerance. That keeps the lid from shifting sideways or sitting proud of the base. The PP handle is attached through the board, not just glued to the surface. The integrated lining is part of the box body, so there is no separate tray to align.

Bottle Fit and Our Checks

A single bottle sits in the integrated lining. The neck and shoulder are supported, not left to rattle against the board. Before the box leaves our floor, we run our in-house checks. The bottle is loaded, then shaken for 10 seconds. No movement. The box is tilted 45 degrees. The bottle does not slide. The box is inverted. The bottle does not release. If a sample fails any of those, we adjust the lining or board before mass production. You get the same check on every order, not a one-time approval.

Is the handle strong enough for a full bottle?
